Steps to your loan

1. Apply online. Enter your details and apply for your home loan through our online application form.
2. Meet with one of our Wealth Managers. Your local Wealth Manager will make an appointment to visit you at your home, workplace or in the branch. They will collect information from you for a more detailed loan application.
3. Obtain a pre-approval. Your branch will provide you with a pre-approval for the proposed loan. This will allow you to find a property with confidence, knowing that you have the funds available to purchase your property.
4. Identify a property that you would like to purchase and make an offer on it. If you are purchasing a new property, you may need to undertake building and pest inspections. If you are refinancing a loan then you will already know the property relating to the new loan.
5. Obtain a formal (unconditional) home loan approval from Yellow Brick Road. Contact your Wealth Manager at the local branch to inform them of the property you wish to purchase or refinance.
6. Complete the purchase of the property. Now that you have a formal approval, you can purchase your property with confidence or complete the refinance of your existing property.
